• Contract conditions and contingencies
• The breach of contracts and damages
• Contract v. Tort liability

Specific real estate contracts such as:

• The listing agreement
• Buyer representation agreements
• Contracts for purchase and sale
• Escrow agreements
• Option contracts
• Leases
