Flagger Training Program and Temporary Traffic Control For Short-Term Work Zones and Flagger Train-the-Trainer courses

• ODOT has authorized the Training and Economic Development Center as the exclusive Administrator of Flagger curriculum, materials and Flagger Trainer and Flagger Certification Cards.
• We also maintain a database of Certified Trainers for Oregon, provide information to the public about flagger training, and to resolve complaints concerning this safety training.
• The Center for Business & Industry provides 4 hour flagger training classes seasonally, and is the exclusive trainer of flagger instructors, with courses provided nearly every month.
