Formal solicitation results are posted here as quickly as possible. The College is not liable for errors, clerical or otherwise, or interpretation/misinterpretation of the information read at the public opening and subsequently posted to this site. Under no circumstances should the interpretation of the solicitation results be construed as a desire by the College to award the respective contract. The College's written "Notice of Award" or "Intent to Award" is mailed to all responsible Offerors and constitutes a final decision by the College, pending public contract review board (i.e., College Board of Education approval), and protests, if any, of adversely affected or aggrieved Offerors.
Contract awards as a result of a formal solicitation process (e.g., Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposal, etcetera), for amounts in excess of $100,000, require approval by the College Board of Education.
Ethics in Procurement
Chemeketa Community College adheres to strict laws (ORS Chapter 244), rules, and ethical practices when purchasing goods and services. Chemeketa Community College employees do not accept personal gifts from suppliers nor do they conduct purchasing transactions for personal benefit.
