Occupational Skills Training

Occupational Skills Training (OST) is a work site-based short-term training program. Students receive hands-on instruction at work sites based on individualized competency-based curricula developed to meet employment requirements in students’ chosen occupations. Competencies are developed, taught, and evaluated by knowledgeable site trainers; and programs are closely monitored by OST coordinators and other appropriate partners.
