Computer Lab Rentals

The Chemeketa Center for Business and Industry (CCBI), offers computer training and lab rentals in a state-of-the-art computer lab.  Many of our business and agency partners have used the lab to update employees’ skills or introduce new software. With the instructor station linked to a projector, the room provides the perfect mix of lecture, interactive learning and hands-on training.

Facilities

Chemeketa Community College is conveniently located off I-5. Food service, coffee and beverage service, and supplies are available, as well as ample, free parking. Computer labs are outfitted with modern equipment, overhead projectors and printers. Technical assistance is also provided in the labs.

 

• Lab Rental Rates

Located at the Lancaster campus, the lab has 15 student workstations, an instructor station, a projector, and a printer.  Each computer has an Intel Core 2 CPU 6420 @ 2.13 GHz of Ram, a Windows XP operating system, an Internet connection, and Microsoft Office 2007.

                1 day    ............................................. $400

                 These rates include one hour of technical support and parking permits. Additional technical support $50 per hour. We require 5 business days to install specialized software.

 

• Portable PC Laptops

Need a computer lab at your facility for training?  Twelve portable PC laptops with Microsoft Office 2003 and Internet capability are available for rent.

       Laptop Computer Rates

                  Delivery, set-up, and tear-down at your facility  ................$100

Computer Software Training

We can customize computer training to fit your needs in Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.  Other software trainings are also available.  Call for a quote.

Downtown Salem
Center for Business & Industry, located at 365 Ferry St. SE. in downtown Salem offers safe, convenient parking and easy access. The Center offers a comfortable setting with computer and satellite communications abilities with room for 40; it is available to rent for your employee development needs.
