Discover the classes you can take this term

The searchable schedule of classes is an easy way to find when classes are offered in the subjects that interest you.

Identifying classes with low or no cost instructional materials

The online searchable schedule of classes will designate classes with course materials that are low cost, $40 or less, or no cost. Low-cost or no-cost course material designations will be displayed in class search with a $ symbol and amount in the next to last column. At this time this designation will not appear in the printed schedule.

You can also review formatted versions of our class information below and print the pages you need. Check out the class highlights to see what's special this term and schedules for details about attending Chemeketa

Automated prerequisites

Course prerequisites are classes or tests you need to pass before you can enroll in a more advanced class. Chemeketa now has automated prerequisite checking and you may receive an error message when attempting to register if we don't have documentation that you have satisfied the prerequisite. If that is the case, review how our Advising and Counseling staff may help you get into the class you want.

"Web required" and "web optional" classes

We understand it is important for you to know prior to registration whether access to the web is required to be successful in a course. Based on your input, some terminology for how courses are delivered has changed-

  • The course designation “Traditional Classroom” has been replaced with “Web Required” and “Web Optional”
  • "Web Required" classes are taught face-to-face and access to web-based tools is required
  • "Web Optional" classes are taught face-to-face and access to web-based tools is not required
