The April 13 and 14 budget committee meetings are only for college officials to present the budget proposals to the budget committee. However, these are open meetings and the public can attend.
There will also be a public hearing on the budget at the May 18, 2005 board meeting, which is scheduled in Dallas.
Then the board officially adopts the budget at the June 22 board meeting.
