Planning Your Event
The first step in planning your event is reserving space on campus. Chemeketa has accommodations available for both large and small groups. From meeting rooms and auditoriums, to the theater, labs and gymnasium we can provide a safe, clean, professional environment to host your function.
To reserve any room on the Salem campus, contact Alicia Russell, Northwest Innovations Event Coordinator by e-mail or by telephone at 503.399.6444.
Catering Information
Reservations for breakfast, lunch, dinner must be made one week in advance. For snacks and beverages only 48-hour notice is sufficient.
Guarantees for functions of 25 people or more must be received at least five working days before the catering.
Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled catering event. Late notification will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Our policy is that no food or beverage may be brought on campus, from any outside source.
The food service staff will pick up all perishable food no later than one hour after delivery. All remaining food items and supplies are the property of the food service department. This is to ensure proper food handling and safe temperature exchange, so that food-borne illness is prevented. (Bagles, donuts, etc., are excluded.)
We will be happy to work with you on any special menu or needs you might have.
Catering Monday through Friday after 5 p.m. and weekends must be a minimum of $200.00 or will be subject to an increased delivery fee. To place your catering orders e-mail or call Alicia Russell at 503.399.6444.
