TABLE VENDOR POLICY

Outside vendors must reserve space through Northwest Innovations, Inc. located on Chemeketa Community College campus' Winema Place not more than one term in advance. Each vendor is limited to five business days per month.

Rentals are not allowed during the first week of any school term, as we have major congestion at the information and registration areas as well as long lines at public safety for parking permits.

Vendors will be charged $100 per day for use of one table, two chairs and a 10x10 foot space. No other services (tents, electricity, signage, etc.) are provided. Table vendors will not be supplied with Internet access of any kind.

Unless other arrangements are made, all tables are rented from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Tables rental are limited to resevring 2 day at a time. Table vendors may not use any form that amplifies sounds, nor in any way interfere with the flow of traffic through the building or in any way disrupt college classroom instruction.

Vendors are not allowed to store or leave any of their equipment unattended overnight. Unattended equipment will result in fees and/or penalties.

Vendors will only be allowed to rent table space inside Building 2's Lobby next to Food Central. The placement of tables in the building will be at the sole discretion of Chemeketa Community College staff. Outside vendors may not interfere with tables set for use by student organizations or other college departments.Northwest Innovations, Inc. will be the sole arbiter of any disagreement over placement of tables.
