How to enroll
- Complete the international admission application
- Complete the medical information and health insurance form (Do not purchase any other medical insurance because insurance is included in registration)
- Complete the international student affidavit of financial resources

Submit bank statements from within 60 days of application
- Signed by a bank official
- Naming the account holder
- Indicating the amount of funds available
- Have your sponsor complete the international student letter of support
- Submit a copy of you scholarship award letter signed by an official of the sponsoring agency indicating guarantee of support
- If you are transferring from another U.S. college, have your current international student advisor fill out the international student transfer questionnaire and submit a transcript
- Understand Chemeketa’s English language requirements
