• Unofficial transcripts from all college attended including Chemeketa
• Chemeketa issued username and password for My Chemeketa
• Pen or pencil

Upcoming session details -

• Sessions are usually a week or two before registration for the upcoming term.
• Between sessions you can make an individual appointment.
• Bldg. 2, Rm. 115 (The Counseling Center)
• Sessions start on time—no late entry—limited seating—90 minutes
