How to Apply for CAMP

Required Steps

For the 2016-17 school year, applicants must complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the Chemeketa Admission Application
  2. Take the Placement Tests
  3. Apply for Financial Aid
    • Chemeketa's school code: 003218
    • Submit a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) with the CAMP application.
  4. Complete the Chemeketa CAMP Application
    • Download application. Application priority deadline is March 25, 2016.
    • Write a personal statement (1-2 pages typed in English). Tell us about yourself, your experiences, and your academic/career goals.
    • Submit a copy of your high school/GED transcripts.
    • Proof of Eligibility
      • Copy of Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the Migrant Education Program.
      • Copies of check stubs.
      • Copies of W-2's from last two years.
