| First Day to Submit Application Materials Application materials must be hand-delivered. Do not submit any materials before this date. Any materials received prior to this date will be returned to you. |
April 16, 2012 |
| Scholarship Application Deadline Materials received after this date and time will not be considered. Only complete application packets will be considered. |
April 20, 2012 (5 pm) |
| Notification Hand-delivered applications will be reviewed on the spot. Notification of eligibility and award status will be immediate. |
April 16-20, 2012 |
| Orientation In order to qualify for early registration status, Scholars must attend one of these orientation sessions. |
May 30, 2012 May 31, 2012 June 28, 2012 |
| Class Registration Scholars can enroll in classes after attending an orientation session. Scholars enrolling in summer term will meet with a Chemeketa advisor in lieu of orientation. |

Yamhill Valley Area Applicants
- A special application day for Yamhill Valley area students has been arranged for April 13, 2012, 8 am – 5 pm
- A Chemeketa Scholars Information Session for area applicants is scheduled for March 8, Chemeketa Yamhill Valley, Bldg. 1, Room 101, at 6 pm
- The complete application packet must be delivered in-person to Chemeketa Yamhill Valley, Bldg. 1, Student Services, 288 NE Norton Lane, McMinnville
- Applicants unable to submit their materials on April 13 at Chemeketa Yamhill Valley may deliver them to Chemeketa Salem, Counseling Center, Bldg. 2, Rm. 110 during the April 16-20 application period
- The Chemeketa Scholars orientation for Yamhill Valley area Scholars will be June 14, Chemeketa Yamhill Valley, Bldg. 1, Room 101, at 3 pm
