COMPASS Tests
The COMPASS placement test is administered on the computer:
- It includes Writing, Reading and Math
- You receive the scores immediately after testing
- Most students finish within two hours, but you should allow up to 60 minutes for each portion of the test
To take the test, you should –
- Submit an admission application (processing time is 2-3 business days)
- Bring photo ID and a Chemeketa ID number (K#)
Salem Campus Testing
Walk-in testing is available year-round (except holidays and college closure days), Monday - Thursday in Building 6, Room 216.
Monday, Wednesday& Thursday 10am
–
5pm (Must begin test before 3pm)
Tuesday 10am
–
8pm (Must begin test before 6pm)
