| Specific Course of Study: | Limited to students pursuing training in technical trades such as welding, pre-engineering, drafting, machining or metals fabrication. Scholarship funds will help defray the costs of tuition, books and other fees. |
| Required Academic Standing: | Commit to pursuing a certificate or an associate degree; Demonstrate ability to succeed in their chosen field of study; Achieve and maintain academic achievement with a minimum 3.0 GPA |
| Enrollment Status: | Full-time (minimum 12 credits) |
| Financial Constraints: | Preference to students with need. |
| Other Criteria: | Recipient must be a resident of Yamhill County. |

| Background Information: | This fund is established initially by a gift from Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, McMinnville, and matched by a gift from the James and Marion Miller Foundation, Portland. |
