| Enrollment Status: | Full-time (minimum 12 credits) |
| Financial Constraints: | Preference to students with need. |
| Other Criteria: | Applicant must be a female. Must be willing to donate 20 hours of voluntary work to an organization such as Planned Parenthood, NARAL or YWCA Women’s Crisis Center during the academic year. |

| Background Information: | The Charla Richards-Kreitzberg Foundation has three specific purposes: protect women’s right to choose safe, legal abortions, provide for the general empowerment of women, and save and promote the environmental soundness of the planet. |
