| Award Amount: | up to $2,500 per academic year |

| Specific Course of Study: | Computer science, transfer computer programming, microcomputer support specialist, network technology, computer electronics, electronic engineering, microelectronics/industrial electronics, integrated circuit mask design, mathematics or transfer engineering programs. |
| Required Academic Standing: | 3.0 |
| Enrollment Status: | Full-time (minimum 12 credits) |
| Financial Constraints: | Applicants must be eligible for Financial Aid. |
| Other Criteria: | Applicant must maintain a 3.0 GPA and provide current address (for up to five years) after graduation. Women and students of all ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. |

Checklist
- I have submitted a Financial Aid application to the Financial Aid office.
- I satisfy all program requirements.
- I have maintained a 3.0 GPA in college (if applicable).
- I have enrolled or will be enrolling in one of the eligible programs.
- I have completed and submitted a Chemeketa Community College Foundation scholarship application.
- I have attached copies of my high school and/or college transcripts.
- I have attached a one-page essay describing my educational goals, listing all relevant work experience, especially high tech jobs, and listing any extracurricular activities in science, engineering, mathematics, or other appropriate fields.
- I have attached two letters of recommendation (not relatives), or instructor references written within the last 90 days.
