| Specific Course of Study: | An Associate Degree at Chemeketa |
| Required Academic Standing: | Recipient must attain a minimum 2.5 GPA in first term, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA throughout the remainder of the academic year. |

| Financial Constraints: | Preference given to students with need. |

| Additional Application Requirements: | Applicant must demonstrate underrepresented minority status either in race, culture or ethnicity. |

| Background Information: | This fund was established through generous contributions from the Midland Area Community Foundation (Michigan) and The Rollin M. Gerstacker Foundation (Michigan) to support the values and goals of Gretchen Schuette, Chemeketa Community College President, who retired in 2007. |
