10 Week Program: March 30 - June 12, 2009

Students wishing to apply must fill out the Paris 2009 application form (available fall term 2008).
Earn college credit while experiencing life in an exciting European city. Oregon students live in home stays and take courses taught by Oregon community college instructors. Study includes field trips to the Palace of Versailles, Musee d'Orsay, and Chartres cathedral, with time for independent travel to other European locations. Paris - the heart of French history, government and culture - offers Oregon students not only the original café lifestyle to appreciate, but dozens of museums, workshops, churches, theaters and centers of learning to enrich their study abroad experience. With the Carte Orange metro pass, all these sites are only a quick ride away. Cost of the study abroad includes airfare, housing, some meals, a travel pass and cultural and social activities.

American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS) is our partner institution that makes all program arrangements, from travel to insurance to housing. All program costs and payments are made to AIFS. The OIEC makes all academic arrangements, including course offerings, grade reporting and faculty selection you are taught by Oregon instructors who accompany you to Paris.
