Professional Development for Educators throughout the Region
MWEC provides a variety of professional development opportunities for educators throughout the year. The focus for the 2013-14 school year is strengthening grades 9-14 pathways and connections and continuing regional Professional Learning Communities where educators can collaborate, learn together and share best practices.
If you are from a MWEC school, have a Perkins-approved program of study, and wish to submit a professional development request, please enter it through our professional development database.
If you are Chemeketa Faculty in a Perkins Approved Program, funds are available for professional development. You must submit a Professional Development Plan and review with your supervisor. Your supervisor will submit to MWEC and then you can enter your professional development request in the MWEC Professional Development database using the Professional Development Guidelines.
