About the Instructors

Beth Salisbury and Krissa Caldwell have been teaching the CDF classes at Chemeketa for three years.

Beth is an Alternative High School Teacher with Salem-Keizer School District, has a Master's Degree in Teaching from Willamette University, and has been working in the career development field for 10 years. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and is a registered GCDF Instructor with the National Career Development Association.

Krissa is an Education and Workforce Programs Manager with the Oregon Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development, has a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from Oregon State University, and has been working in the career development field for 17 years. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and is a registered GCDF Instructor with the National Career Development Association.
