Learning Objectives

The student and employer will meet within the first two weeks of the term to discuss and write measurable learning objectives that outline what the student will learn and experience during the term. These objectives will become part of the student's training agreement which is submitted at the beginning of the term. Some Qualities of Good Learning Objectives

Evaluation

During the term the CWE coordinator or instructor will make an appointment with the site supervisor to discuss progress toward meeting the learning objectives. At the end of the term the employer scores the learning objectives and completes a subjective final evaluation. Students will also need to complete a Student Self-Evaluation at the end of the term.
