Chemeketa's Dental Assisting Program prepares graduates to sit for their national Certified Dental Assistant exam. Dental Assisting Student Success Rates. Our program is accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Accreditation and is partnered with Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) to provide a Bachelor's degree option in Dental Hygiene.
Applications for 2018-2019 will be accepted from March 12 to May 18, 2018 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Enrollment Services in Building 2, Room 200 on Chemeketa's Salem campus.

In compliance with the American Dental Association Commission on Accreditation policy on Third Party Comments, this notice is to inform all interested parties that the Chemeketa Community College Dental Assisting Program is scheduled for their site visit on November 2-3, 2017.Third-party comments relative to the Commission’s accredited programs may include comments submitted by interested parties such as faculty, students, program administrators, Commission consultants, specialty and dental-related organizations, patients, and/or consumers.
