Your firefighter training may have you closer than you think to earning your degree. At Chemeketa Community College we recognize that you've worked hard to prepare for your firefighter career. Distance education courses are available for fire service professionals, active in the field, who need to earn college credits or update their training.
Distance education may include transferring credits you've earned from other accredited colleges; earning college credits for prior learning and professional certifications, online courses and independent study courses leading to A.A.S. degrees in both Fire Suppression and Fire Prevention and to a certificate for Fire Service Supervision and Management.
