Chemeketa's greatest asset in the Forestry Program is their ability to give their students the hands-on experience they need to be successful. The majority of the time, students are out in the field learning skills to help them prepare for summer employment. Hands-on experience is the key for advancement in the workplace.
I could go on and on about all the great things about Chemeketa. Chemeketa has helped me not only get an education but has assisted me in figuring out my educational goals. I am successful today because of my teachers in the Forestry Program at Chemeketa Community College.
