Provides on-site experience in cruise ship worksite integrating field and classroom experience related to meeting standards of a cruise service professional. Includes cruise industry certification upon successful completion (Certified Cruise Service Professional).
Provides on-site experience in cruise ship worksite integrating field training and classroom experience related to effective leadership. Focuses on seven dimensions of leadership including establishing priorities, coaching, positive criticism, performance appraisal, personal and effective leadership. Includes certification upon successful completion (Foundations of Cruise Leadership).
Provides on-site training in cruise ship worksite integrating field and classroom experience related to improving management skills. Focuses on time management, dealing with difficult people, decision-making, motivation, and goal setting. Upon successful completion includes industry certification (Certified Cruise Manager).
Provides classroom and e-learning relating to three essential areas of advanced management in the cruise industry: managerial finance, the competitive environment, and maritime law and regulations. Students receive certification upon successful completion (Certified Cruise Administrator).
