Auction/Raffle Items

Generous businesses, artists, and individuals have contributed thousands of dollars worth of merchandise to the silent auction portion of our fundraising event. We would like to acknowledge those contributors by listing them here. We hope that you will let them know how much you appreciate their support of the arts!

Most of these items will be part of our silent auctions; however, some will be given away as prizes in our $1 raffle. For a list of raffle items, follow this link.

The most-often-asked question:
"If you're having a silent auction at both shows, how are you dividing up the items?"

And our answer:
The only fair way we can think of...we'll flip a coin once for each donated item. Heads, the item goes into the Saturday evening auction; tails, the item goes into the Sunday matinee auction. Of course, if items receive no bids on Saturday we'll move them into Sunday's auction.

Note:
Some items may be combined into packages prior to the auction. This list reflects donation items that have been committed to date; the list may change before the auction event.
