Computer Labs

If you don't have access to a computer and an Internet connection at home, you can use a computer at any of Chemeketa's campuses and some of the college's centers. You will need to show your student identification card to use one of these areas. There is no charge for using the computers, but there may be a charge for copies you print.

On the Salem Campus you have the option of using a computer in the Computer Lab, Building 6-218, or using one in the Library, Building 9. Contact any of the outreach campuses or centers directly to learn about the specific location of their labs and their hours.

Various guidelines and policies are in place at the college to be sure computers and Internet access are not abused. These are common-sense things related to areas such as copyright, breaking laws, hacking and damaging equipment. You should become acquainted with the guidelines and policies.
