Job Placement
Here is where you can get help related to finding a job either
while you are a student or after you graduate. We will also help
you
write
resumes and cover letters and give you techniques for interviewing
for jobs. These services are free. We even offer classes on Job
Search Techniques.
If you wonder about what kind of career you may want to pursue,
we offer Career Planning Workshops that will help you to zero in
on what might be the best fit for you. You can contact our staff
to find out when the next workshops are planned.
If you are enrolled in one of the college's professional technical
programs, or some of the transfer programs, you may be required
or encouraged to get work experience as part of your education
here. The Cooperative Work Experience staff will help you to line
up these
training experiences.
Career Services hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
