Child Care
Local child care providers advertise their services on the bulletin board located outside the Student Life Office, which is located in Building 2, Student Center.
The Child Development Center offers full- or part-time care for approximately 35 children between the ages of two-and-a-half to six years old. This center serves as a laboratory for students in Early Childhood Education. Applications are accepted any time, but there is a waiting list to enroll children. For applications and fee information, call 503.399.5107 or visit us in Building 39.
The Child Development Center is licensed and certified by the State of Oregon Child Care Division and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs.
Room for Nursing Mothers
Building 2, Room 181 A, right next to the C-store, is a designated location for nursing mothers to express milk. This is a private, secure place for nursing mothers. Any nursing mother who wishes to use this room can check out the key from Public Safety.
