Eileen Miller attended Oregon State University for two years and later earned her Bachelor of Science from Western Baptist College. She currently is the Purchasing Management Analyst for Chemeketa Community College-where she began her career in Purchasing in 1982. She participates in a variety of professional purchasing organizations including, OPPA, NIGP, and NAEB both on the regional and national levels. In 1998, she was awarded the OPPA Buyer of the Year Award. She was treasurer of the Northwest chapter of NAEB and regional advisor for the Educational and Institutional Cooperative Service - a not-for-profit buying cooperative owned by its NAEB member institutions. She earned her lifetime C.P.M. in 2002, and was the recipient of OPPA's President's Award in 2002-2003. She is currently a Director on OPPA's Board and serves on various OPPA committees. She has facilitated sessions, regionally and nationally, for purchasing organizations.
