Easter Seals will assist people with disabilities in starting their own home-run business.

Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce

Provides small business loans and technical assistance to Hispanics throughout Oregon.

Entrepreneurial Development Services (eDev)

On-line classes, feasability assessment and more! Check out their website above for specifics. Most of the classes are free or $10 each.  Also has grants for Vocational Rehabilitation clients and small business loans to get you started.

Merit (MicroEnterprise Resources, Initiatives and Small Business Training)

Consultation and guidance is available ($50 for two years) through the MERIT program located in the Training and Economic Development (TED) Center. For more information contact them at (503) 399-5088, visit their website or drop into the TED Center at 365 Ferry Street SE in downtown Salem under the blue awning. There is free parking in the Liberty Square Parkade. Serving Marion and Polk counties.
