Assisting Customers who have Lupus

Fatigue is one of the greatests effects of Lupus; therefore, any of the following accommodations would assist a person with Lupus:

• Flexibility with meeting times and days
• Understanding if the person needs to cancel due to fatigue or pain/inflamation
• Providing a relaxing environment
• Working with the customer's support system
• Open communication with customer and employers about the symptoms and stressfullness of living with Lupus
