Spelling |
- Wynn Wizard software writing tools including word prediction

Total Deafness |
- Typing communications via e-mail
- Use of Word document to communicate with staff
- Oregon Relay Service: 800-735-1232 for communication via the telephone
- Sprint Relay www.Sprintip.com for communication via the computer
- Scheduling an ASL interpreter through OED’s Language Services program for future needs (done through OED managers)

Totally Blind |
- Scan and save documents in electronic format and send to e-mail address as attachment
- Scan document onto disk for transporting
- Record information on cassette (located in the adaptation tool kit)
- JAWS software
- Immediate production of Center materials in Braille if requested

Using keyboard |
- Ergonomic or one-handed keyboards
- Track ball
- Dragon Naturally Speaking software (voice input). This software program is located in the back room due to the need for a quiet background.
