Posted solicitation results should not be interpreted as the contract award. The college's written "Notice of Intent to Award" constitutes the final decision by the college, pending –
- Contract review and approval by the Chemeketa Board of Education
- Resolution of protests from adversely affected or aggrieved Offerors
