Early Graduates

Congratulations on your early graduation, finishing high school is a huge milestone.

 

We're excited to help you begin the next phase in your life. Follow these steps to get started at Chemeketa:

Step 1- Apply for admission

You should apply for admission as soon as possible. Select the earliest term (quarter) that you would like to begin taking classes.

A new term begins every three months: 

  • Fall (September)
  • Winter (January)
  • Spring (March)
  • Summer (June)

Step 2- Claim your Chemeketa student account

Student account login

Once you have claimed your account and logged in, make sure to activate your student Gmail account. To reset your password or for help please call our IT Help Desk at 503.399.7899.

Step 3 - Apply for financial aid

Applying for financial aid is not required, but is highly encouraged. Apply as soon as possible to get the maximum amount available to you!

  • Submit the 2020-2021 FAFSA or ORSAA if you plan to take classes winter or spring 2021
  • Submit the 2021-2022 FAFSA or ORSAA if you plan to take classes summer or fall 2021 

We encourage you to fill out the FAFSA or ORSAA for both 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years to avoid any delay in your aid.

Step 4 - Complete the placement assessment

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Chemeketa campus locations are physically closed and we are operating remotely (off-campus). Placement assessment is being conducted using a variety of options. You will receive a response within 3-5 business days with information about your placement.

Step 5 - Meet with a Navigator

Schedule an appointment

We will guide you through your first term advising help you choose classes and get you on the right path. This appointment will be done by phone or Zoom.

Step 6 - Register for Classes

Log in to your Chemeketa student account to check your registration date and time.
