The Woodburn Center HVAC Upgrades Project addresses a portion of the 2025 Bond project goals that focused on replacement and modernization of aging mechanical systems across the Woodburn Center. The Woodburn Center HVAC Upgrades Project consists of complex mechanical system improvements, including full replacement of central plant equipment such as boilers and chillers, along with associated distribution systems, controls integration, and supporting infrastructure upgrades. The project will also include modernization of existing mechanical systems across occupied facilities to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance while maintaining continuous campus operations.
