What will you learn?

The McMinnville Hospitality Internship Program will allow you an opportunity to learn industry specific skills though training activities and hands-on experiences all guided by experienced experts in the hospitality industry. The program is designed for those just starting their work in hospitality as well as those already in the industry looking to advance their careers.

What will you do?

You will be offered essential workplace skills training seminars including Workplace Communication, Interviewing, Professionalism, and Networking. You will also be able to complete several nationally recognized certificates including Oregon Service Gold and related pathways for success in the hospitality industry.

The McMinnville Business Recovery and Resiliency Plan (“Plan”) is a State American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funded project secured by Rep. Ron Noble (HD-24) in the 2021 Oregon Legislative Session. The Plan addresses the ongoing issues related to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the Plan supports the community’s MacTown 2032 strategic plan goal of Economic Prosperity. This Plan is intended to have enduring value.
