Eusebio has 15+ years of counseling experience working with adults and youth struggling with substance abuse disorders. In addition, he has more than seven years experience providing crisis interventions, assisting children, adults and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues and concerns.

Eusebio earned his master's in social work from Portland State University and obtained his bachelor's in political science from Oregon State University. He currently holds a license in clinical social work and has a certification as a substance abuse counselor at the master level.
